PIC feedforward intelligent control technology improves engine response speed, reduces engine speed fluctuations, and reduces fuel consumption. XCMG's proprietary matching technology has higher operating efficiency and lower fuel consumption. Its fuel efficiency ratio is ahead of domestic and foreign models of the same tonnage. A new generation of high-efficiency main valve, eliminating some logic valves, smaller pressure loss, and more outstanding working capacity. The dipper cylinder is thickened, and the digging force of the dipper is increased by 9% at most, making cutting more powerful.
The new large-size pure parallel aluminum radiator adopts integral brazing technology and is equipped with an ultra-large capacity positive pressure degassing auxiliary water tank to reduce cavitation and increase the life of the water pump. With a large diameter fan, the wind speed cloud map and temperature streamline map are drawn through finite element simulation to optimize the wind field and reduce the thermal balance temperature, which can meet the continuous use requirements of 50°C environment.
The slewing platform adopts a new rigid box structure, with a maximum increase of 25% in key plate thickness and a 30% decrease in maximum stress, which can provide higher strength and life. The turntable side beam adopts a D-type tube structure to improve the turntable's ability to resist external impact. The turntable body adopts robot welding technology to improve the durability and safety of the structural parts. The vibration isolation rate of the engine suspension system is ≥17dB, and the vibration isolation rate of the cab suspension system is ≥7dB, which improves the operating comfort.
The undercarriage walking mechanism adopts the key stress-bearing parts of the chain track segment to improve the strength and impact resistance of the chain track segment, and the service life of the track is greatly improved. The butter tray is changed from a welded part to an integral stamping part, which ensures the installation roundness of the sealing ring, prevents the sealing ring from wrinkling, and improves the sealing performance. Strengthen the X-beam part, and greatly improve the end face strength by increasing the size and thickness of the box beam and improving the structure.
The new ultra-wide view cab has a 10% increase in view and a 5% increase in operating space; the positive pressure reduces dust ingress, the sealing is enhanced, and the noise is lower. The new seat structure has an 8% wider and longer seat cushion, and the armrest box can be adjusted synchronously with the seat, so all operations are within reach and more comfortable to operate.
The new generation of electronic control system, one-button start, high-resolution touch screen instrument, more detailed page layout, clearer picture quality, and more convenient interaction. The new control system uses CAN bus, the monitor is responsible for display, the controller is responsible for signal acquisition and output, and the bus is connected with the monitor, GPS controller, radio, air conditioning controller, and engine ECM, which enables faster data management and more efficient control. Bluetooth, AUX, and USB entertainment functions are richer, and work and entertainment are not a problem.
